XFL take off procedure explained

1)      You may launch from the ramp of your choice, but you must go through boat check at the official launch site and wait for take-off. Boat check will always be at the take-off/weigh-in site. Live well checks will be done both at the ramp(s), and on the water at the pontoon boat (you only have to go through one or the other, not both). If the official launch site has more than one ramp, please try to use all of them.

2)      Trailering is not allowed (except in the case of bad weather, and it will always be announced prior to take-off). You may trailer to weigh your fish if you launched from the official launch/weigh-in site. This is always recommended due to crowded conditions on the water. XFL Live Streaming

We just looked at the 10 day forecast, and they are calling for great weather for next weekend on our opening event on Grand! As in the past, we will be on site at Wolf Creek next Saturday starting at noon to take entries. There is another event using the park on Saturday, so look for our trailer or the Skeeter tent. Team names and information

We make every effort to get the team names correct on the web site, and occasionally will screw one up. If you see a mistake in spelling, email me at: info@fishxfl.com and let me know.

FYI…We are only as good as your hand writing! Please print all of the information so that it is legible, and remember, if we do not have the team captains social security number on file, you will not be allowed to fish the event.

As always, fell free to call me with any concerns.

Team ID Numbers

Note that we do not carry over team ID numbers from year to year. As you enter each year, the computer assigns you a team ID number based on when your entry is keyed into the system. If you check the verification page, you will see your updated team ID number for 2014. Be sure to use this new Team ID number when you sign up for the Text Message Notify service. As always, if you have any questions, feel free to call.

Bonus Programs

As we start a new year, I wanted to remind each of you that you must re-register for each of the Bonus programs, as they do not carry over from year to year. All Customer Appreciation bonus program members must register their boats to be eligible for the $5000 Bonus money. Simply click on the Customer appreciation tab at the top of this page and then click on the registration form link…It’s just that simple to win $5000!

XFL Championship

Grove, OK, – The XFL-Extreme Fishing League presented by Skeeter Boats held it’s 2013 Championship on Grand Lake out of Wolf Creek Park on October 12 & 13, 2013.  Prior to this event fishing had been fairly tough on Grand with a 15 lb. stringer being considered a “good sack”.  However, if a team could break the 15 lb. mark they would stand a good chance to win.  Grand is famous for it’s shallow, early fall square bill crankbait and topwater bite, especially if the weather is overcast and/or rainy.  The 142 teams that participated in this event were given just those conditions.  Continue reading XFL Championship
